Description: As a member of our service team you would be responsible for providing quality Electrical & Customer Service to our many valued clients. You will be required to actively participate in the on-call schedule, which begins and ends on the specified Tuesday shifts; an additional hourly compensation is given for your on call duties, as well as a minimum 2 hour call out fee.
As a Service Team we are required to troubleshoot, & repair (or replace) motor control, interior/ exterior lighting, HVAC and typical electrical power systems- the applicant should have sufficient knowledge in one or all of these areas.
Our Service Team members are often the first and only point of contact with our clients, and therefore as a Customer Service Representative of Ryfan Electric Ltd. you will be required to provide professional services in a hospitable and courtious manner.
Qualifications: The successful applicant will possess a valid NT Electrician Journeyperson license (or Red Seal Equivalent), valid class 5 drivers license.
First Aid, WHIMIS, Fall Arrest and other required training will be provided.
The ability to work safely, efficiently and independently are considered.
